分析了实施集中库存策略对配送模式的影响因素,包括客户需求、产品价值重量比、运输成本对集中库存策略的影响,并定量了分析集中库存策略对高、低价值重量比的产品配送模式的影响。
The paper analyzes the influence of the centralized inventory upon different distribution modes and specifies the bearings of factors such as customer demand,product value-to-weight ratio and transport cost upon distribution practices,and finally quantitatively analyzes the influence of centralized inventory upon the distribution operation of products with high and low value-to-weight ratio severally.
