摘要
利用虚拟仪器对叉车振动特性进行在线检测。NI公司的PCI-6221数据采集卡被用于虚拟仪器的信号测量与数据采集,LabVIEW软件平台被用于虚拟仪器的数据采集、分析及结果输出的开发,从而构筑了一台完整的虚拟仪器。利用此仪器进行叉车的振动特性测试,在线对振动特性进行初步分析,同时将测试结果进行文件保存,以供后续诊断以及优化使用。分析实验结果,从中得出叉车工作时产生振动的原因。
This paper adopted the virtual instrument to test the on-line vibration property of forklift.The PCI-6221 data acquisition card made by NI company was used for the signal testing and data acquisition,and the LabVIEW IDE was used for the development of the data acquisition、analysis and result output software module,finally a whole virtual instrument was built.The paper used virtual instrument for the vibration testing of the forklift,and analyzed the on-line vibration property,at the same time filed the testing results for further diagnosis and optimization.Analysis the result of the experiment can find out the causes of the forklift vibrating when working.
