摘要
文章介绍了现代凸轮设计方法B样条曲线技术及其在机油泵内转子压装凸轮设计中的应用。通过该实例可以看出B样条曲线在平面凸轮设计中的优越性。该方法可得到凸轮从动件运动关系的统一数学表达式,便于后续的动力学分析。通过该方法获得了符合设计要求的凸轮曲线。
The modern cam design method based on B-spline curve and its application in the cam design of the oil pump′s inner rotor press-assembly machine are introduced.The superiority of this planar cam design technology can be seen from this instance.The cam-follower′s motion relation is obtained by one mathematical expression which will contribute to the dynamic study of the cam-follower system.The desired cam curve is got by using this method.
