摘要
目的探讨肛管直肠锐器伤的致伤特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析成都军区总医院全军普外中心胃肠病区收治的21例肛管直肠锐器伤患者的致伤和临床治疗方法及转归。结果经过急诊和择期手术,本组21例患者均治愈。并发症4例,其中肛瘘2例,切口感染1例,术后5天膀胱出血1例,均经相应治疗而愈。结论仔细伤道探查和肛门镜检查是早期诊断肛管直肠锐器伤的重要方法,充分引流,修补吻合及结肠造口是治疗肛管直肠锐器伤的关键,合理使用抗生素是提高肛管直肠锐器伤的有效方法。
Objective To explore the injury characteristic and therapy methods of sharp instrument injury of the anal tube and rectum.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with sharp instrument injury of the anal tube and rectum were analyzed.Results All the cases were cured by emergency or selective operation.Conclusion It＇s important for early diagnosis with exploring wound tract carefully and anoscopy.
