摘要
目的总结外伤性肝破裂的急诊诊断及治疗效果。方法对2001年1月至2010年1月救治的外伤性肝破裂34例病人的诊断、治疗及转归进行回顾性分析。结果 34例外伤性肝破裂患者经及时诊治存活29例(85.3%),死亡5例(14.7%)。结论外伤性肝破裂成功救治的关键是快速院前急救,及时而准确的诊断和手术。
Objective To explore emergent diagnose and treatment of traumatic hepatic rupture patients.Methods F 34 patients with traumatic hepatic rupture patients were analyzed,retrospectively.Results Among 34 patients with traumatic hepatic rupture,there were 29 cases（85.3%） survival.Conclusion The alarm quickly out of the bus,quickly and accurately determine the condition and prompt surgery treatment are key to successful treatment of traumatic hepatic rupture patients.
