摘要
目的了解江西省农村卫生适宜技术使用者对技术项目的评价情况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对所抽对象进行技术的适宜性、安全性、可操作性等情况的问卷调查,并与原技术价格和疗效进行比较。结果 835人次技术使用患者中,72.69%认为技术安全,68.62%认为技术适宜,66.95%认为技术操作简便,63.95%认为诊疗效果好;与被替代技术相比,64.43%认为适宜技术价格更便宜,73.77%对适宜技术的疗效满意。结论技术使用者对适宜技术的安全性、适宜性、可操作性、有效性评价较理想。
Objective To understand the users＇ evaluation for Country Feasible Medical Technology in Rural Area of Jiangxi Province.Methods Method By stratified cluster sampling method,we proceeded a questionnaire survey to selective objects about the suitability,safety and maneuverability of the technologies and compared the price and curative effect with original technologies.Results There were 72.69% users felt that technical safety,68.62% thought that the technical suitability,and 66.95% believed that technology is simple,63.95% believe that clinical results is good.Compared with alternative technologies,64.43% users believed that appropriate technology is cheaper,73.77% were satisfied with the efficacy of the appropriate technology.Conclusion The technical users appraised highly in security,expediency,operatability,effectivity.
