摘要
日本农业在贫穷落后的小农经济基础上短时间内,走出了一条快速的农业发展道路。在日本农业的发展及其变革中,比较明确显示出政府在农业发展中的主导地位及核心作用,对我国农业发展中政府的管理职能、综合服务机能及对我国农业产业发展的对策等方面均具有一定的借鉴作用。
Japanese Agriculture based on its poverty, backwardness and small-scale peasant economy has been rapidly developing in a short period of time. Japanese experience of agricultural development and reform clearly demonstrated the government ＇s key role and a dominant position, and it is a useful reference for China government to strengthen its management and multi - service functions, and formulate some available policies in stimulating national agricultural development.
