改善高含蜡柴油降凝剂感受性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前国内开发的柴油降凝剂仍主要以醋酸乙烯酯为主,普遍存在着对柴油组成依赖性强、感受性差的问题。长庆石化公司生产的柴油属于典型的高含蜡柴油,但目前使用的降凝剂T9866并不是最理想的选择,尝试进行实验改变柴油组成,提高降凝剂的感受性。介绍了柴油降凝剂的作用机理。实验方法为:在柴油油样中加入T9866降凝剂,然后测定油样凝点和冷滤点。实验共分3组:基础油(404号柴油)直接加入T9866降凝剂,以及基础油中掺入5%重柴油、3%航煤后加入T9866降凝剂。实验结果表明:T9866降凝剂对长庆石化公司生产的404号柴油冷滤点感受性差,降冷滤点效果不佳;掺入重柴油和航煤后,可拓宽混合柴油的馏程,改善混合柴油的蜡碳数分布,相对降低了C18+的高碳蜡的含量,提高了T9866降凝剂的感受性。 Most diesel pour point depressants developed in China are vinylacetate,whose performance heavily depends on the composition of diesel fuel and whose sensitivity is poor.PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company produces typical high-wax diesel fuel and pour point depressant T9866 it currently uses is actually not the ideal choice.Technicians at the company tried to change the composition of diesel fuel produced by the company through experiment in a bid to raise the sensitivity of pour point depressant.The experimental procedures are:adding pour point depressant T9866 in a diesel sample and measuring the solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of the oil sample.The experiments were conducted in three groups:directly adding pour point depressant T9866 to base oil(#404 diesel fuel) and adding pour point depressant T9866 after blending 5% heavy diesel fuel and 3% aviation kerosene in base oil.The experimental results show:pour point depressant T9866 has poor sensitivity to the cold filter plugging point of diesel fuel #404 produced by Changqing Petrochemical Company and its effect of reducing the cold filter plugging point is not good;blending heavy diesel fuel and aviation kerosene can broaden the distillation range of the diesel blend,thus improving the distribution of wax carbon numbers of the diesel blend,reducing the content of high-carbon wax of C18+ and enhancing the sensitivity of pour point depressant T9866.
