社会主义法治理念是统领各项政法工作的基本指导思想,也理所应当是检察实务工作的指导思想。在检察实务中必须贯彻好社会主义法治理念,以切实解决检察工作中存在的问题,增强执法能力,提高司法水平,为构建和谐社会提供有力的司法保障。
In China,the feudal land system was the important foundation of imperialism and reactionary forces in the comprador feudal rule. Solving the land issue has always been China＇s fundamental problems. After the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, they addressed the problem of farmers, issued a series of land policies, which also had the success and mistakes.
