摘要 牙周炎作为一种慢性感染性疾病,不仅菌斑细菌的直接入侵可引起牙周组织的破坏,而且由菌斑引发的宿主炎症和免疫反应也可造成牙周组织的损伤。牙周组织受到细菌等外源性物质刺激后,一系列的炎症信号通路被激活并伴随着后续炎症因子的表达增强,因此通过对炎症信号传导通路及其下游的炎症因子的调节,可能具有减缓牙周炎发生发展进程、治疗牙周病的作用。有关牙周炎的免疫调节治疗已有一定的研究,下面就免疫调节治疗牙周炎的新进展作一综述。 Periodontitis is a chronic infection caused by bacteria in dental plaque which is characterized by destruction of periodontal tissues caused by direct aggression of bacteria and host response. When periodontal tissues were stimulated by bacteria,a series of inflammatory signal pathways were activated and the expression of inflammatory mediators increased. Therefore,development of periodontitis may be regulated via the mediation of signaling pathways and inflammatory mediators. There were substantial researches concerning immunomodulatory treatment,and this article aimed to review new progress of immunomodulatory treatment applied in periodontitis.
