头痛宁配合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛53例疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察头痛宁配合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将105例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组53例采用头痛宁配合氟桂利嗪治疗,头痛宁每次3粒,每日3次口服,氟桂利嗪每晚5mg口服,对照组52例仅采用氟桂利嗪每晚5mg口服,治疗2个月后,比较2组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率87%,对照组总有效率56%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义P<0.01。结论头痛宁配合氟桂利嗪临床疗效较好。
