摘要
资本运营作为推进我国出版业深入改革的有效手段,已被广泛运用。本文从出版业资本运营基础理论、出版业资本运营现状、出版业资本运营困境、出版业资本运营战略四方面对近五年来我国出版业资本运营的研究状况展开分析,以期为相关研究与实践提供参考。
With the development of China＇s publishing industry,capital operation is widely used as an effective development way by many publishing groups.On the base of analysis on the documents about publishing capital operation,this article makes an analysis on the following four aspects：publishing capital operation theory,publishing capital operation status,publishing capital operation mode,publishing capital operation strategy,in order to sam up the current conditions of China＇s publishing capital operation,and to serve as an reference for the research and practice of the academic community and industry community.
