摘要
用根部淋施的处理方法研究了“施施乐”(CCR)对尾叶桉幼树生长及某些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,CCR处理组与对照组的树高、地径和冠幅存在极显著差异,CCR对桉幼树的生长具有明显的促进作用,尤其能极显著地促进根系的生长发育。CCR还可以明显地提高桉幼树的根系活力和叶片硝酸还原酶的活性,极大地改善植株的光合效能。以CCR20倍溶液处理65d后,尾叶桉幼树的生物量、根系体积、叶面积、光合速率和硝酸还原酶活性分别为对照的343.5%,368.8%,244.4%,129.4%和122.9%。根据试验结果,讨论了CCR促进按树生长的作用机理及CCR在林业生产上的应用前景。
The effects of CCR on growth and some physiological and biochemical characters of Eucalyptus urophylla saplings were studied by sprinking root crown with CCR.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in height growth,basal diameter and crown diameter between control and CCR treatments.The growth of root systems was remarkably promoted after treated with CCR.Root activity and nitrate reductase activity were also increased significantly in the treatment with CCR than those in the control.As a result,the photosynthetic characters of eucalypt saplings could be largely improved by CCR.After treated with 20 dilute multiples of CCR solution and 65 days later,the biomass,root system volume,leaf area,photosynthetic rate and nitrate reductase activity in leaf of E.urophylla increased by 343 5%,368 8%,244 4%,129 4% and 122 9%,respectively,than those of control.Based on the experiment results,the mechanism of the promotive effect of CCR on growth of eucalypt saplings and the prospects of CCR application in the forestry fields were discussed in the paper.
