摘要
在生产过程中,碱回收炉的两台电除尘器#1电场发生故障,导致#1电场不能工作,电除尘器下的刮板机发生严重堵灰现象,导致刮板机过载而使其大齿轮上的销钉剪断,只得停机进行人工清灰,严重影响了生产的稳定运行。本文分析了故障产生的原因,并提出了解决办法,经现场应用,效果很好。
In operation, two electrostatic precipitators （ESP） of the recovery boiler had troubles with electric field 1 and made it stop work. When this happened, the scraper under ESP was seriously blocked of dust and overloaded. The pin of gearwheel was broken because of scraper overload. The scraper had to be stopped to clean the dust by hand and this would affect the stabilization of operation. This article analyzed the causes of the problem and gave the solution which was very good after application.
