摘要 针对深部复杂地质条件矿井开采过程中的动压显现问题,采用综合指数法确定出赵楼煤矿首采1302工作面具有强(偏中等)冲击危险性,冲击危险指数为0.79。通过对赵楼煤矿1302工作面地质及生产技术条件的分析,得出煤层开采深度、煤层的强冲击倾向性、坚硬顶板、岩浆岩侵入和断层等地质构造是影响冲击的主要因素。基于此,对该工作面划分了5个重点防冲区域,并提出了巷道底板钻孔、底板爆破、煤体钻孔、煤体爆破及顶板爆破预裂等防冲措施。工程实践表明:通过先期对冲击危险区域进行科学分析,并在生产过程中及时实施防冲措施,将有效降低深部复杂地质条件下煤层开采过程中的冲击危险性。 According to the dynamic pressure behaviors problems occurred in the mining process under the deep complicated geological conditions,the comprehensive index method was applied to determine the first mining No.1302 coal face with the strong(near to medium) bump danger in Zhaolou Mine and the bump danger index was 0.79.With the analysis on the geological and production technical conditions of No.1302 coal mining face in Zhaolou Mine,the seam mining depth,seam strong bump tendency,hard roof,magma intrusion,fault and other geological tectonics would be the main factors affected to the bumps.Based on the circumstances,the coal mining face was divided into five key bump prevention areas and the bump prevention measures as the borehole drilling in the gateway floor and the floor blasting,borehole drilling and blasting in the seam as well as the roof blasting and cracking were provided.The project practices showed with the scientific analysis on the initial bump danger area and the bump prevention measures practiced during the production process,the bump dangers in the seam mining process under the low deep and complicated geological conditions could effectively reduced.
