咪唑啉类缓蚀剂BW的高温成膜研究 被引量:6

Formation of Inhibitive Film on Carbon Steel in Water Containing Imidazoline Inhibitor BW at High Temperature

摘要 通过高压釜、电化学和XPS(X射线光电子能谱)、SEM(扫描电镜)表面分析试验,研究了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂BW的高温成膜条件和成膜机理.研究结果表明,BW是一种混合型缓蚀剂,通过N原子2p轨道上的孤对电子和Fe的3d空轨道之间形成配位键在金属表面成膜;在试验浓度和温度范围内,BW的浓度越高、控制的高压釜温度越高,成膜效果越好;当BW在高压釜中的浓度达到40 mg/L、pH为9.5~10.0、恒温温度为280℃~320℃、成膜时间为2 h时,BW在金属表面的成膜效果良好. The formation condition of inhibitive films on carbon steel in water containing imidazoline inhibitor BW at high temperature was monitored by autoclave test and electrochemical test. The formed films were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis.Results showed that BW was a kind of mixed inhibitor,and could form inhibitive films on carbon steel surface by complex bonds formed by providing the empty 3d orbits of Fe atoms with electrons from the 2p orbits of N atoms of BW.Within the scope of testing concentration and temperature,the higher the concentration of BW in water and the temperature of the solution were,the better the effectiveness of film formation was.The optimal parameters for the better film formation were as follow:the concentration of BW was 40 mg/L,pH was 9.5~10.0 for the solution,temperature was 280℃~320℃and time was 2 hours.
