摘要
苏州河市区段两岸的防汛墙建设年代久远,建设标准低,存在巨大的安全隐患,迫切需要对现有防汛墙进行加固改造。在分析水文、地质和防汛墙现状的基础上提出加固改造方案,分别采取拆除新建型、墙前加固型、墙后加固型和骑跨式加固型等型式,根据地形选取不同的断面,结合苏州河沿线景观规划,以保证防汛安全为基础,兼顾生态环境和亲水平台建设,形成沿河公共开放空间。
Because of far building and low standard, it has hidden great trouble in safety. It＇s necessarily to reinforce and reconstruct on flood prevention wall. Based on analysis of hydrology, geology, and the actuality of flood prevention wall, the project to reinforce and reconstruction the flood prevention wall is propsed, such as take different model about pull clown and build, reinforce before wall, reinforce after wall, ride on and reinforce etc. They choose different section according different landform, combuing program of scenery along Suzhou River, based on flood prevention safety, part build environment and near water platform, open space commonality.
