摘要 本文在对微卫星DNA的遗传结构与特性概述的基础上,与目前主要几种遗传标记的特性进行比较,并对微卫星DNA多态性分析技术在牛遗传育种中的研究与应用进行了探讨。 Based on the detail description of genetic structures and characteristics of microsatellite DNA, the research and application of polymorphism analysis technology of microsatellite DNA in cattle genetics and breeding was reviewed after comparing properties of few main genetic marker analytic methods.
