摘要
介绍并分析了国内外流域梯级电站运行调度管理现状及发展趋势。阐述了溪洛渡、向家坝梯级电站"调控一体化"运行调度管理模式的内涵和"调度+监视+重点控制"的实现方式。
The status and development trend of the operating and scheduling management of domestic and foreign cas-cade hydropower stations were described and analyzed.The contents of the operating and scheduling management mode with the integration of dispatch and control and the realization of ＇dispatch ＋ supervision ＋ key control＇ in Xi-luodu and Xiangjiaba cascade hydropower stations were elaborated.
