摘要
自动测试系统(ATS)对被测设备进行维护或测试时,为防止某些连接错误或因测试项目程序有误而导致测试资源信号的错误输出甚至被测设备损坏,一种较有效的应对方法是采用对测试资源供电进行控制。在电源配置方式上,通过与集中式程控电源控制器对比,总结分布式程控电源控制器在结构组成及应用上的优点,同时介绍一种基于51单片机的分布式程控电源控制器的软硬件设计方法。该程控电源控制器具有可靠性高、控制方便以及体积小、成本低等特点,可广泛应用于各种测试系统。
When the Automatic Test System(ATS)maintains or tests the equipments,there is an effective method to avoid wrong signal output even the destroy of the equipment under test due to some wrong connect or wrong test program.The method is to control the power supply of the test resource.In the way of the power collocation,the paper contrasts the concentrative and the distributed programmable power supply controller in the structure and application.Standing out the advantage of the distributed power supply controller and introducing it's design method of the software and the hardware that is based on the 51 SCM(Single Chip Micyoco).The power supply controller has such characteristics as the higher dependability,the convenient control small bulk and law cost.It can be widely used in all kinds of test systems.
