摘要
目的:通过临床研究对桑鱼洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的疗效及复发率作出初步评价。方法:肾158例头部脂溢性皮炎患者随即分为治疗组(93例)和对照组(68例),分别用与桑鱼洗剂及采乐洗剂外用治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率(58.06%)及总有效率(96.77%),对照组分别为(21.69%,67.69%)对于不同中医证候的疗效比较显示:湿热内盛组优于血热风燥组(P<0.05);血虚风燥组及湿性组痊愈率优于干性组(P<0.01),此经逻辑回归分析,比较显示:治疗组(18.52%)低于对照组(61.11%)。结论:桑鱼洗剂是一种疗效肯定,复发率低,具有较好的抑菌、抗炎、止痒、促进毛发生长、祛脂作用的中药复方。
Objective：Study the curative effect and recrudescent rate of Sang Yu（SY） lotion through the clinical research.Methods：Stochastically divided 158 example forehead steatorrhea dermatitis patients into the treatment group（93 examples） and the control group（68 examples）,used the SY lotion and Cai Le lotion external use treatment separately.Results：The treatment group cure rate（58.06%） and the total effectiveness（96.77%） surpasses the control group（27.69%,67.69%）（P0.05）.To the different types of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison：The hot and damp in abundant group surpasses the blood hot blast dry group（P0.05）and blood deficiency and related debilities wind dry group（P0.01）.To the different types of symptom curative effect comparison：The wet group healing rate surpasses the dry group（P0.01）.To the recurrence rate comparison of healing patients 1 month later：The treatment group（18.52%） was lower than the control group（61.11%）（P0.01）.Conclusion：The study indicated that SY lotion can ease the inflammation,pruritus,clear sebum and promote hair growth.And it had definite efficacy and low recrudescence in treating seborrheic dermatitis.
