摘要
随着世界竞技健美操技术的迅猛发展,FIG竞赛规则正在不断完善与充实。本文通过对2009-2012版、2005-2008版、2001-2004版三周期竞技健美操国际规则(FIG)的综合对比分析,得出:艺术评分因素越来越合理,项目特色被提升到了一个空前的高度;难度总数量和高级别难度动作越来越多;对完成动作质量的要求也越来越高,这,预示着未来竞技健美操,艺术编排更加注重健美操操化单元及运动员的个性化特征,开发与创新高级别难度动作,完美完成难度,快速流畅多样化展示过渡与连接,艺术表演热情奔放。
with the rapid development of technology,competition rules（FIG） is also constantly changing and improving.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the international rules of calisthenics（FIG） in 2009-2012,2005-2008 and the 2001-2004 edited versions,it can be concluded that the artistic scoring is more and more reasonable.The event characteristics are promoted unprecedentedly.The difficulty level and high-difficulty motions are flourishing.And the quality requirement of completing an action is increasingly higher.These features indicate that in the future,the project characteristics of the calisthenics choreography are more focused and the personality of the athletes is more emphasized.Movements with high difficulty-level should be developed and innovated.The completion of the difficulty movements will be perfectly achieved.The transition and connection of the diversified movements will be smoothly displayed and the artistic performance will be more energetic.
