应用钛制弹性髓内针微创治疗儿童长骨骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨钛制弹性髓内针微创治疗儿童长骨骨折的疗效。方法分析我院自2006-09~2009-04间,应用弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨骨折17例,其中,股骨9例,尺、桡骨4例,肱骨3例,胫腓骨1例。年龄3~15岁,平均9岁。结果全部病例均获得随访,时间3~15个月,平均6个月,骨折均临床愈合。参照Flynn的髓内针治疗长骨骨折评分标准,优16例,良1例,优良率100%。结论应用钛制弹性髓内针微创治疗儿童长骨骨折,疗效确切、可靠,与传统治疗方法比较,具有微创、对折端血运破坏小、骨折愈合快、不损伤骨骺等优点。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of titanic elastic nailing fixation in long bone fractures in children.Methods We retrospective analyzed 17 cases of pediatric limbs tong bone fractures who had been treated with elastic intramedullary nailing in our hospital between 2006-09~2009-04.Among them,9 cases were femur fractures,4 cases were rule or radius fractures,3 cases were humerus fractures and 1 cases were tibia and fibula fractures.We reviewed the union of fractures and the condition of function.The case were between 3 to 15 years old,the average was 9 years old.Results All cases have been followed up over 3 months to 15 months,average was 6 months.All cases were recovered excellent(the rate was 100%),16 cases were fine and 1 case was good among them on the principle of Flynn standard.Conclusion Elastic stable intramedullary nailing might be an effective therapeutic approach for long bone fractures in children.It has advantages compared with traditional methods,not influence blood circulation in marrow in jury and not damage the epiphyseal plate,So it is effective therapeutic approach for pediatric limbs tong bone fractures.
