摘要
对西瓜根腐病病原菌的生物学特性进行了研究,结果表明:西瓜根腐病病原菌生长温度范围是10~40℃,适宜生长温度为25~30℃;pH4~10范围内都能生长,适宜pH范围为7~10,最适pH为8;能够很好地利用多种碳源;适宜的氮源是硝态氮,而铵态氮不利于其生长。该病原菌的分生孢子在相对湿度达到90%的条件下,才有可能萌发,萌发的最适相对湿度是100%;分生孢子适宜萌发温度为25~30℃;分生孢子的最低致死温度为58℃,5min。
The biological characteristics of watermelon〔Citrullus lanatus(Thunb.)Matsum.et Nakai〕root rot pathogen was investigated.The results are shown as follows:the temperature range for the pathogen growth is 10-40 ℃,and the optimum is 25-30 ℃.The pathogen can grow at the range of pH 4-10,and the optimum is pH 8.It can well utilize many kinds of carbon sources;the suitable nitrogen source is nitrate nitrogen,but ammonium-nitrogen(NH4-N)is not favorable for pathogen growth.Only when the relative humidity reaches 90 %,the conidium of this pathogen can germinate,and the optimal relative humidity is 100 %,the optimal temperature for conidia germination is 25-30 ℃.The conidium lethal temperature is 58 ℃ for 5 minutes.
