摘要
首先采用酸催化平衡反应合成一种双氢封端的聚硅氧烷低聚物(HPDMS),然后通过HPDMS与单烯丙基封端的聚醚的硅氢化反应合成了一种聚醚嵌段聚硅氧烷二元醇,单丙基聚醚-b-聚二甲基硅氧烷-b-单丙基聚醚(EPDMS)。通过IR、NMR等分析手段对其结构和组成进行了鉴定和表征。以不同分子量EPDMS为软段,制备出一系列硅改性水性聚氨酯(P-PUD),对P-PUD接触角的研究发现,聚合物膜表面接触角随着温度的上升而增加,表明硅氧烷在聚氨酯表面的富集不充分,其原因主要是聚合物分子间相互作用与硅氧烷向聚合物表面的富集是一个竞争过程。
Adopting acid catalyzed equilibrium reaction,we have synthesized double hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HPDMS). Then making it reacted with allyl-terminated polyether through the hydrosilation reaction,we have obtained polyether blocked polysiloxane diol,i.e. EPDMS. IR and NMR are used to test and token the structure and the compositions. With different molecule weight of EPDMS as soft segment,we have prepared a series of water-borne P-PUD; and through the study of the contact angle of P-PUD,it is found that,with the rise of temperature,the surface contact angle increases,showing that the enrichment of silicone on the surface of PU is not sufficient,and that is because the interaction among polymers and the enrichment of silicone to the surface of polymer is competitive.
