摘要
在对国内外机车牵引齿轮现状进行深入调研的基础上,提出了从优选材料及热处理工艺、进行齿形和参数优化设计、合理选择制造精度与工艺、优选润滑剂与润滑密封方式、改善动力学性能等五个方面提高我国准高速电力机车牵引齿轮传动承载能力和寿命的具体措施,其中在齿形和参数优化方面,设计了优选刀具角并能使齿根危险断面齿厚尽可能大,而应力集中尽可能小的磨前滚刀,优选出能使啮合过程中最大闪温值为最小的变位系数,并在此基础上考虑机车启动、持续与高速运行三种工况对轮齿进行齿廓与齿向的优化修形设计.
0n the basis of deep investigation of locomotive traction gears manufactured in some de-veloped countries and at home. A variety of measures have been put forward to improve the drivingload -bearing capacity and working life of our country's high -speed locomotive traction gears. Themeasures consist of the fol1owing five aspects f optimally selecting the material and heat treatmentprocess, optima1ly designing the tooth profile, reasonably choosing the manufacture accuracy andtechnique, optimally choosing the lubricant and the way of lubrication and seal; improving the dynam-ic feature of the gearing. In the respect of the tooth profi1e, a hob with optimal cutter angles hasbeen designed to make root thickness on the dangerous section as large as possible and make the'stress concentration as smal1 as possible. Addendum modification coefficient is optimized to minimizethe maximum flash temPerature in the course of meshing. And on this basis, optimal profile correc-tion and axial modificati0n have been designed with regard to the start, continuing and high speedtravel of the l0comotive.
