摘要 首先对舰船单层隔振系统中引入泡沫铝冲击吸能器进行了冲击试验,综合考虑最大加速度和最大相对位移2个影响舰船设备防护的重要指标,提出4个隔冲效果评估指标对该隔冲系统进行隔冲效果评估。实现了对舰船设备带泡沫铝冲击吸能器的单层隔振系统隔冲效果的有效评估,为泡沫铝冲击吸能器的选材、结构设计及工作间隙设计提供了指导依据。 At first,warship-single-stage-vibration-isolating-system which introduces Al foam energy absorber was tested.Two important indexes,which were most acceleration and most relative displacement,were considered.Four impact isolation effect evaluation indexes were advanced,and the impact isolation effect of the impact-isolating-system was evaluated.The impact isolation effect of the warship-single-stage-vibration-isolating-system which has Al foam energy absorber was evaluated in effect.Which provide guidance gist to the select material,structure design and work clearance design of the Al foam energy absorber.
