摘要
以Ｌ－ＨＰＣ、ＰＶＰ为辅料，采用球磨机研磨工艺制备硝苯地平片，并与３种市售硝苯地平片作体外溶出度比较，结果表明，改进工艺后制备的硝苯地平片体外溶出度大为提高。
With LHPC and PVP as excipients,nifedipine tablets were prepared by ball mill technique.Its dissolvability was determined and compared with those manufactured by three different factories. The results showed that nifedipine tablets prepared with this technique was much better in terms of dissolvability.
