Masquelet技术治疗骨缺损研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 Masquelet技术是修复长骨创伤性结构性骨缺损的一项新技术,以二阶段治疗骨缺损为特点。先以骨水泥充填缺损区,并在骨水泥周围诱导生成自体膜结构,然后在诱导膜内植骨,促使新骨形成,以修复骨缺损并达到骨愈合。与传统治疗技术相比,Masquelet技术具有对供骨要求低、疗效可靠、操作简单、并发症少、患者易接受等优点。Masquelet技术目前还可用于骨骺、干骺端、足跗骨、下颌骨等长骨骨干以外的骨缺损,肿瘤切除后及慢性骨髓炎病灶骨清除后各类骨缺损的重建修复,取得了较满意的疗效。
