摘要
探讨住院医师在病案科轮转期间注重临床能力的培养,加强病历书写的培训和质量控制;培养综合、比较思维能力;了解疾病科学准确的命名和书写的必要性;加强自己的法制观念从病历书写角度防范医疗纠纷;作为住院医师,不但要学会观察,学会分析,还尽可能善于创造性地思考,提高科研能力;提高医学统计水平。
Objective To explore the importance for resident physicians to understand disease nomenclatures and writing when rotating in medical record department. Results Rotating resident physicians in medical record department learned to observe and analyze,knowing think creatively. Conclusion Rotating in medical record department for resident physicians is the foundation of pre-job training,which can increase the writing of medical record,and the quality of medical record and scientific research were also improved.
