摘要
本文结合第四军医大学西京医院国家级应急医疗救援队急进玉树地震灾区实施医学救援的实践,全面总结高原地震灾害医学救援的主要特点;根据医学救援中存在的问题,从人员抽组、携行装备、力量部署等方面对国家级应急医疗救援队建设提出建议,对国家级应急医疗救援力量建设具有借鉴意义。
Combining with the medical rescue practice of national emergency medical relief team of Xijing Hospital,the author summarized the characteristics and main problems of medical rescue operation in plateau earthquake.Some suggestions were provided from staff grouping,equipment carrying,and strength deployment to improve the construction of national emergency medical relief team.
