恶性萎缩性丘疹伴多浆膜腔积液一例

摘要 1病例介绍患者男,37岁。3＋年前,不明原因反复出现躯干四肢皮疹,20＋d前出现持续腹部胀痛,无恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发热、盗汗,外院就诊,腹穿抽出大量淡血性腹水,以＂结核性腹膜炎＂行诊断性抗痨治疗,症状无缓解。1d前腹痛加重。
