摘要
当电子校务发展达到一定的阶段以后,电子校务技术层面的发展会带来社会层面更大的发展,大学的管理模式会发生变革。本文在分析电子校务发展的特点技术上,重点从电子校务对运行决策和信息流通结构的影响进行分析,对于提高高校管理运行水平具有一定帮助。
