摘要
应用彩色多普勒超声心动图观察终末期扩张型心肌病患者施行左室部分切除及二尖瓣成形术前后的血流动力学变化。结果显示手术能有效缩小患者左室舒张末容量 ,提高左室射血分数 ,延长患者生命。
We observed the changes of hemodynamics in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy after ventriculotomy and mitral valve repair.The result showed a significant decrease in left ventriculer dimension after resection,reduction in mitral regurgitation,increase in forward ejection function and lengthening the live time of the patients.
