雁木西油田堵水技术研究与实践

摘要 雁木西油田油藏厚度大,储层为中孔中渗至中孔高渗,非均质性较为严重,注水开发后,注入水沿高渗透层锥进,造成注入水波及体积小,严重影响了注水开发效果。针对雁木西油藏物性条件及注水开发现状,通过大量的配方筛选和模拟试验,研究出了YM-1高强度颗粒堵剂和树脂强凝胶堵剂。通过室内模拟试验和现场3口井的应用说明,这两种堵剂有效封堵了高渗透层,耐冲刷能力强,现场应用性能较好,改善了雁木西油田注水开发效果。 The oil reservoir thickness is large,formation is from mid porous mid permeable to mid porous high permeable formation,the heterogeneity is more serious in Yangmuxi oilfield.After water injection,the injected water entered high permeable layer,caused small injected water wave and volume,which affected injection development seriously.According to the reservoir physical properties and current situa-tion,through a great deal of formula selection and simulation test,YM-1 high strength particles plugging agent and resin strong gel plugging agent has been developed.The indoor simulation test and field application of 3 Wells shows that these two kinds of agents effective blocked high permeable layer,strong erosion resistant,better onsite application and it can improve the injection development effect of Yan-muxi oilfield.
