摘要
随着机车车辆提速、重载以及修程的延长,为保证机车车辆安全可靠地运行,对机车车辆走行部中的机车轴箱轴承、牵引电机轴承及抱轴承的安全监测就显得尤为重要了,这是因为这些轴承的不正常发热,轻则热轴、固死造成机破,影响机车交路的正常运转,重则造成热切轴,车毁人亡,造成财力和物力的巨大损失。有鉴于此,提出研制一种新型的机车总线式轴温监测仪,并也可推广到客车上对轴温进行集中监测。
With the raising speed, heavy load and prolonging repair Period of locomotive and Car, it is very important to monitor locomotive journal temperature on the bogie, to ensure the safety of locomotives'operation. This is because these bearing's abnormally heating slightly results in blockage of bearings and severely results in severe hot box, which would lead to great loss to the railway transportation department. So, we have developed a new bus-based locomotive journal temperature monitoring device. On the same time, it can be used on passenger cars to monitor journol temperature integratedly.
