炭/炭复合材料与轴承用铜合金摩擦磨损行为的对比研究

摘要 采用摩擦试验机(UMT-200)和表面形貌仪(Talysurf CCI 2000)表征了炭/炭复合材料,铜合金和带有MoS2涂层的铜合金的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:在相同条件下,铜合金的摩擦系数保持在0.65左右,而带有MoS2涂层的铜合金的摩擦系数为0.25~0.3,线性磨损率为铜合金的1/3,但随着试验时间的增加,MoS2涂层被破坏,其摩擦系数会增加至0.35左右。炭/炭复合材料的摩擦系数一直保持在0.12~0.13,线性磨损率为铜合金的1/6,且表现出良好的耐磨自润滑特性。 Friction tester(UMT-200)and surface topograply (Talysurf CCI 2000) were used to characterize the friction and wear behavior of carbon/carbon composites, copper alloy and copper alloy with MoS2 coating. In the result, under the same condition, the friction coefficient of copper alloy is approximately 0.65, the friction coefficient of copper alloy with MoS2 coating lies between 0.25 and 0.3, moreover its liner wear rate is merely one third to that of copper alloy. However because of the destroy of MoS2 coating during the casting experimental stage, its friction coefficient increased to around 0.35. The friction coefficient of carbon/carbon composites always kept at 0.12-0.13, and its liner wear rate is just one sixth as much as that of copper alloy. The wear-resistance and selflubrication properties of carbon/carbon composites were performed well.
