摘要
以自制β-TCP作为CPC固相粉体,以壳聚糖、柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇按一定的比例配置成溶液作为液相,设计正交试验以简化实验,从凝固时间和抗压强度两方面来确定该体系CPC的最佳配比,制备可满足临床需要的可注射磷酸钙骨水泥。并分析了各个组分对凝固时间和抗压强度影响。此外,通过细胞培养实验评价了最优条件下骨水泥的生物相容性。
In this paper, selfmade β-TCP powder used for solid phase of CPC. While the liquid phase was chitosan, citric acid and polyvinyl alcohol according to a certain percentage. The design orthogonal was tested to determine the best ratio of the system from the coagulation time and compressive strength of the CPC. And the impacts of various components to the coagulation time and compressive strength are analyzed. In addition, the cell culture was used to evaluate biocompatibility. Thus this synthesis CPC was potentially prepared injectable calcium phosphate bone cement to meet the clinical needs.
