摘要
为了突破目前主流系统的平台局限性,构建了一个基于Darwin开源服务器和J2ME技术开发的手机客户端的流媒体视频服务系统。该系统是典型的C/S架构,服务器端同时支持FreeBSD、Linux、Solaris、Windows等多个操作系统,客户端可以运行在支持Java环境的不同品牌的手机中,免去大量的平台移植工作。手机用户通过GPRS上网后,在一定的带宽环境下就可以在线欣赏到连续不断的高品质音频和视频节目。
To break through the platform limitations of the current mainstream system, a typical C/S structure for streaming media video service system is constructed, which is based on Darwin open source server and the client developed by using J2ME technique. The server also supports FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, Windows and other operating systems, the client can run in the different brands of mobile phone supporting Java environment, replacing a large number of platform migration tasks. Mobile phone users accessing Interact via GPRS can enjoy continuously high-quality audio and video programs.
