锂低硅铝比沸石交换母液中锂离子的回收Ⅰ——萃取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和200#溶剂油的混合溶液为萃取剂,在协萃剂FeCl3的作用下,对Li-LSX分子筛交换后母液中的Li+(0.04 mol/L)进行了回收考察,系统研究了萃取时间、油水相比、酸度、温度、萃取剂浓度以及铁锂比和MgCl2浓度等因素对萃取过程的影响规律.结果表明,TBP对Li+有很好的萃取效果,萃取率可达到85%以上.最佳萃取条件为:c(Fe3+)/c(Li+)为4,c(MgCl2)为3~4 mol/L,TBP体积分数为40%~60%,温度为室温,萃取时间为10~15 min、pH值为2~3、油水相比为1∶1. In order to recover Lithium ion from exchanged mother liquids of Li-LSX zeolite, an extraction method of lithium ion by use of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TPB) with 200# gasoline as mixed solvent was investigated in the presence of ferric chloride as cooperation agent. Effects of procedure parameters, such as contact time, phase ratio, hydrochloric acid acidity, temperature, concentration of extractant, the ratio of c ( Fe3+ )/c ( Li +) and concentration of MgCl2 , on the extraction technology were analyzed in details. The results show that TBP solvent is a very suitable extractant to lithium ion and the extraction rate can reach up to 85%. The optimal extraetion conditions at room temperature are found as the following : c( Fe3+ )/c( Li+ ) ratio is around 4 ; concentration of MgCl2 solution is 3 -4 mol/L. TBP volume fraction is 40 -60%. Contact time is during the period of 10 - 15 min. pH value is around 2 -3. And phase ratio is about 1: 1.
