摘要
根据金川二矿区废石-全尾砂充填料浆在管道输送中的可泵性要求,试验测试充填料浆的塌落度、扩散度和分层度,通过测试结果分析料浆浓度、水泥添加量、配合比等因素对可泵性的影响程度,初步确定充填料浆的合理配比和浓度,为矿山进一步进行工业试验提供参考依据。
According to the requirement of pumpability of filling slurry with waste rock-unclassified tailings which is transported in pipeline in Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area,the collapsed slump,diffusion degree,and segregation degree of the filling slurry are tested.Through the results of the test,the influences on the pumpability are analyzed from such factors as slurry concentration,cement addition,and mix proportion.Concentration and rate of filling material are preliminarily determined,which provides a reference for the further industrial tests of the mine.
