摘要
研课是教师通过系统地考察课堂教学来提高教学效率的专业发展过程.研课的目标是促进教师专业发展和提高课堂效益.教师研课的过程是教师根据自己对课堂的感受、经历和需要,运用一定的理论和经验,对课堂的各方面进行研究的过程.个体研课的主要环节是:确定研课目标一收集课案一观课一研究一修改设计一总结.在研究性质上,个体研课是既联系理论、又联系实践的中层研究.
Individual Lesson Study (ILS) was different from Lesson Study in workgroup. ILS aimed primarily at promoting teacher's professional development. Its main process contained drawing up target, collecting case, observing lesson, studying lesson, revising design, and producing a report. ILS was a medi-study between theory and practice, and had great many objects. A case of mathematical induction was cited in illustration of its process and contents.
