摘要
目的:总结高危前列腺增生症病人术前、术后护理技术,提高高危病人生存质量.方法:回顾性分析28例高危病人术前、术后护理记录.结果:2例病人中出现心源性休克1例,术后出血1例,暂时性尿失禁2例.结论:做好术前心理护理,掌握术后可能出现的并发症及其对策是护理的重点.
Objective： To improve the life quality of high-risk patients through summarying the preoperative and postoperative nursing technology of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.Methods： The preoperative and postoperative nursing records of 20 high-risk patients were retrospectively analysed.Results： In 20 patients,cardiogenic shock occurred in 1 case,postoperative bleeding occurred in 1 case,temporary incontinence occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion： The main points of nuring are doing well preoperative psychological care,mastering postoperative complications that may occur and their countermeasures.
