摘要
目的:观察士的宁对面瘫实验动物模型面神经的逆行诱发动作电位(Antidromic Nereve Evoked Potentials,AEP)和肌电图(Electromyography,EMG)的作用.方法:健康豚鼠60只,随机分为6组,每组10只,除对照组外均建立一侧面神经麻痹模型(anhouchuduizhaozuy).除模型组和对照组外,分别给予浓度为1%,0.5%和0.25%的士的宁和地塞米松,然后用电刺激方法观察不同浓度士的宁对AEP和EMG数值的影响.结果:与模型组相比,士的宁在浓度为0.5%到1%范围可使神经干动作电位幅值显著升高(P<0.01),神经肌电图的潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.001),电位幅值明显升高(P<0.05),结果有统计学意义.结论:士的宁可能对受损面神经有一定的修复作用,从而改善面神经传导功能和神经肌肉的兴奋性.
Objective:To observe the function of strychnine on the cranial nerve of Bell's paralysis experimental animal about the antidromic nerve evoked potentials(AEP)and electromyography(EMG).Methods:Sixty healthy guinea pigs were divided into six groups in random,every group has ten guinea pigs,set up the model of cranial nerve single side paralysis except the control group.Concentration of strychnine 1%,0.5% and 0.25% and DM were given to the experimental animals,except the control group and the model group.Then observed the influence of different concentration strychnine on AEP and EMG through electric stimulation.Results: Compared with the control group,the concentration of strychnine 1%,0.5% and 0.25% could raise the amplitude of active potential of nerve trunk clearly,could shorten the latency period and raise the amplitude of the neuro-electromyographic potential clearly.The results have statistical significance.Conclusion:Strychnine may repair the damaged craninal nerve,then can improve the conduction and excitability of craninal nerve.
