本文主要讨论了团队运作方法在供应商质量控制方面的应用,并重点分析了团队中各相关部门在供应商质量管理中的职责分工,并对供应商质量控制团队的业绩考核和影响团队运作效率的问题提出了自己的看法和建议。
This article discussed the application of team-work approach in quality management of suppliers.The article highlighted the analysis of the responsibility and functions of each relevant department of the team in quality management of suppliers.The article also offered suggestions for the performance evaluation of the team in quality management of suppliers,and opining on the factors that could affect team-work efficiency.
