摘要
通过鼓泡塔淤浆床反应器合成 BYD(2-丁炔1,4-二醇)的试验,对全混流三级串联动力学控制的反应器数学模型进行了验证。结果表明该数学模型用于放大设计合成 BYD 淤浆床反应器是可行的。同时对所采用的催化剂的寿命和生产能力也进行了考察,证明炔化催化剂的制备工艺稳定,重复性良好,其生产能力为4.9kgBYD/kgcat.day。
A mathematical model for a series of three continuous stirred tank reactorscontrolled by kinetics was verified by synthesis of butynediol in a three-phasebubble column slurry bed reactor.It was proven that the mathematical model canbe used for design of industrial reactors.The life and production capacity of thecatalyst used in the experiments were investigated.The production capacity ofthe catalyst was 4.9 kg butynediol/kg cat·day.
