基于PSoC的无线静载仪采集系统

摘要 根据静载检测系统对系统结构和功能的新需求,采用Cypress公司的CY8C24894芯片作为系统的主控部分,提出了基于子节点、汇聚节点、上位机三层结构的数据传输方案,设计了节点、传感器接口、无线传输模块等硬件电路,给出了前端数据采集、通信控制等软件流程,并成功实现US-BUART仿真串口通信功能。实际测试表明,该系统操作简便、实时性强、精度高,可广泛应用于桩基承载力的静载试验中。 This system is used CY8C24894 as controlling module due to the requirement of static load test system's pattern and function. The framework based on the sub-nodes, the aggregation node and the host computer are introduced, and the hardware structure of nodes, sensors and wireless communication modules are designed. Moreover, the software processes of data gathering, control and communication are presented. At last, it helps to achieve the USBUART successful, which simulates the serial communication. It's validated by rigorous testing that the system is high accuracy, easy for operation, real-time and low power. Therefore, the system can be widely utilized for current static load test projects.
