活性调节的细胞骨架蛋白在神经突触可塑性中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 活性调节的细胞骨架蛋白(Arc)是一种即刻早基因,在突触可塑性、突触稳态及记忆巩固中起到重要作用。Arc被神经活性诱导产生,其mRNA被迅速运输到被激活的神经元的树突,其蛋白表达产物定位于被刺激的部位,参与神经元突触可塑性的调节,被认为是依赖蛋白质合成的突触可塑性的主要调节因子。
