摘要
某机种起动齿轮为薄壁件,机加过程中变形大,而且表面淬火的变形更大,难以消除,造成加工效率低,废品率高。本文通过优选零件材料和热处理工艺、数控加工参数及加工工艺等方面的改进,事实证明,工艺改进后能极大地提高生产效率及产品合格率。
The started toothed wheel is a thinner wall parts.It's deformation is very big during the course of machining especially during surface hardening.The deformation is difficulty to eliminate,it leads to lower processing efficiency and higher rejection rate.This paper gives some improvements in preference parts material,technology for heating processing,digital control processing parameter,machining technics etc.The fact fully proves that it can greatly improve production efficiency and product percent of pass.
