摘要
优先数和优先数系是一种科学的数值制度,它是一种无量纲的分级数系,适用于各种量值的分级。它又是十进几何级数,对于标准化对象的简化和协调起着重要作用。优先数和优先数系可应用于产品设计的各个环节,如产品的结构设计,精度设计等。在确定量值的分级时,每一个产品设计及开发人员都应树立标准化意识,最大限度地采用优先数及优先数系。这样便于组织生产和降低成本,在技术上和经济上都有很大意义。
The series of preferred numbers is a kind of scientific value system,it is one kind of hierarchic measureless headrope numeral sys tem,classification applying to various magnitude.It is a decimal geometric series,it is playing important role to simplification and coordination standardizing.The perferred numbers and the series of preferred numbers can be applied to the design of products,such as the product of each link of the structure design,accuracy design etc.In determining the value of classification,every personnel of product design and development,should establish a standardized consciousness,to adopt the perferred numbers and the series of preferred numbers to the full.So it is easy to organize the production and lower costs,it can be having great significance on the technology and on economy.
